At Brustique, we don't keep inventory. Each piece of furniture is unique and custom-made for each order. Furniture is manufactured as needed. Therefore, there is a delay between receiving an order, its manufacture, and delivery.
Here are our delivery times as of today after placing an order.
Kitchen table / Bench / Coffee table: 6 to 10 weeks
Tablet / Cutting Board / Side Table: 4 to 6 weeks (postal delivery)
Tablet support: 1 to 2 weeks
Please note:
- If you have specific deadlines to meet, you can always call or write to us before placing an order.
- When you order several items in the same basket, for example: a table and a shelf, the order will be processed taking into account the longest delivery time of the products ordered and the products will be delivered at the same time.
When you place an order, we assume you are ready to receive it within the timeframe mentioned above. If this is not the case and you wish to receive your order later than the current timeframe, simply mention it in the "note to seller" section or send us an email with your order number to let us know your desired delivery date.
Delivery
At Brustique, we handle the delivery and installation of our kitchen tables, benches, and coffee tables ourselves. Please note the following points:
- It is impossible for us to predict a precise delivery date for an order before it is fully completed.
- If you have not received any news from us and the deadlines have not yet passed , it means that your order is not yet ready to be delivered.
We will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time with you. We will give you a 4-hour time window. It will be either between 8am and 12pm or 1pm and 5pm.
- After receiving your delivery date, if you have a problem, it is important to notify us at least 48 hours before delivery.
- Delivery/installation usually takes no more than 15-20 minutes.
In-store pickup
You can pick up your furniture directly from the workshop if you wish. We will contact you when your order is ready and arrange a time for you to collect it. Depending on the item, please ensure you have a vehicle large enough to easily transport your order. Also, please bring thick moving blankets to protect your furniture.
Extension of production/delivery times
At Brustique, delivering on time, or even ahead of schedule, has always been our strength and our reputation. It is part of our company values to respect our commitments and therefore our deadlines to our clients.
On very rare occasions , we may experience a slight delay in our production process. It's also possible that your order may be ready, but we won't be able to deliver to your area for a few days. Ultimately, our company culture is very people-oriented, and in these rare cases, we ask that you do the same and allow us some flexibility.
