Is it possible to come see different models and wood species at your store?

Although we are primarily an online retail business, we do have a showroom. We have several table models available in various wood species. Visits are by appointment only. To book an appointment, click here.

Do you deliver everywhere in Quebec?

At Brustique, we handle the deliveries ourselves, and our delivery radius is limited. When entering your address in the shopping cart, two options are generally offered: "Delivery" and "Workshop Pickup" (Ramassage à l'atelier). If you notice that "Workshop Pickup" is the only option available after entering your address, it unfortunately means we do not service your area. You can always email us at info@brustique.com to verify your address, as we have occasionally delivered a bit further out for an additional fee.

I really like the models with metal legs. Is it possible to get them in another color?

Yes! We also offer the option to have your metal legs in white. Although white metal legs are not directly offered on the specific product pages, we can easily do this for you. It is very important to mention it in the "Notes" section when you are in your shopping cart. If you forget to mention it, you can always email us at info@brustique.com to let us know, along with your order number.

I would like to order my table in advance but receive it a bit later or at a specific time. How can I do this?

No problem at all. Most of our clients are either renovating or moving and are not quite ready to receive their table. When placing your order, you can mention when you would like to receive your table in the "Note to seller" section of the shopping cart. This will secure your spot in our production schedule, and you will be guaranteed to receive your table on time. Can we change the color of the wood?

At Brustique, our mission is to showcase wood in its natural state. When a stain is applied to wood to change its color, it loses its original state and natural characteristics. Although we use finishing products to protect your furniture, the natural color of the wood does not change. Wood is too beautiful in its natural state to alter its color. We offer several wood species that provide a wide variety of colors. You can therefore easily find the wood you need without having to change its color! What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times vary depending on our current order volume. Our current lead times are always updated in the Current Delivery Times and Policies section. If you have specific deadlines to meet, you can email or call us to see if it is possible to process your order within your desired timeframe.

What warranties are offered on your products?

We do indeed offer a warranty on our products. Customer satisfaction is paramount and is what built our reputation. It is therefore essential to us that you are protected by our warranty. Do you use 100% solid wood or veneer for your furniture?
