Guarantees
Since our beginnings in 2016, Brustique has worked with wood with the utmost care and attention. All our wood is NHLA ( National Hardwood Lumber Association ) accredited and meets the highest industry standards.
When we manufacture a piece of furniture, the pieces of wood are meticulously inspected and chosen with the aim of creating a high-quality piece of furniture made to last.
Our working techniques and the products used are the result of several years of experience, training and exchange with companies and people in the field.
When a piece of furniture leaves our workshops, it is because it has been rigorously inspected and meets our quality standards.

Wood is a living material that breathes and adapts to its environment.
Although we use the highest grade woods in the industry with the best cabinetmaking techniques, it is impossible to predict how the wood will adapt to its new environment. The cabinetmaker's job is precisely to design the piece of furniture, using their expertise, to maximize its longevity by minimizing risk factors.
It's important to understand that we do everything in our power to ensure you get the best quality furniture on the market. In the event of breakage or a manufacturing defect, our warranties are there to protect you.
Manufacturing defect
What is covered:
- A rolling joint that is coming loose.
- A base that breaks and affects the sturdiness of the furniture.
Warranty period:
Kitchen table, bench, coffee table: 3 years
Tablet, cutting board: 1 year
Wood defect
What is covered:
- A major crack in the wooden top significantly alters the original condition of the piece of furniture.
- A wooden platform that undulates, creating a major curve.
Warranty period:
Kitchen table, bench, coffee table: 1 year
Tablet, cutting board: 1 year
It should be noted that it is extremely rare for a wood defect to appear. Generally, if a wood defect were to occur, it would appear during the first year due to seasonal changes and variations in humidity and climate in the room.
Please note that our guarantees are effective from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that our warranties are only applicable if the furniture has been used and maintained correctly. If the defect results from improper use, Brustique cannot be held responsible. For more information on the care and use of solid wood furniture, please visit the care tips section.
Note Rest assured, defects of this kind are very rare! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our services. That's why we will rectify the situation as soon as we are notified. The quality of our products and services has always been the foundation of our reputation, and we will continue to maintain this high standard.
Note that products sold at final sale are not covered by these warranties.
Not guaranteed
- Scratches resulting from your use after the delivery date.
- Stains resulting from your use after the delivery date.
- Small cracks in the wood that could appear over time.
- Any defects or damage to the furniture occurring as a result of moving, relocation or assembly done by someone other than us.
It is important to take good care of your furniture and, to do so, we invite you to carefully read the care advice section.
The more you take care of your furniture, the longer it will stay beautiful! It's that simple!
Refund Policy
It is always possible to cancel or modify an order if needed. You have 15 days after placing an order to cancel it, and we will process the refund.
If you need to modify your order, we guarantee that it will be possible if you notify us within 15 days of placing your order. If you have passed the 15-day period, it is likely that this will no longer be possible as your order may already be in production. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible to see if the modification is still possible.
Returns Policy
- You have 30 days after receiving your furniture to take advantage of our returns policy.
- The returned furniture must be in its original condition. Upon initial delivery, the furniture will be inspected with you to ensure it meets your requirements. It is therefore important to return it to us in the same condition.
- This policy will not apply if the furniture is not in perfect condition and is damaged in any way: scratches, marks, stains, wear, etc.
- The return policy does not apply to custom-made products or final sale products.
- Products that have been collected from the workshops or sent by a carrier must be returned to our workshops at your expense.
- For products we delivered ourselves, we will collect them. If delivery charges applied at the time of your order due to the remote delivery location, you will have to pay these charges again for the return.
- The products will be refunded once they have been inspected at our workshops.
- Please ensure you take accurate measurements before placing an order. Our return policy does not apply to furniture that is found to be too large or too small.
- No returns will be accepted 30 days after the product delivery date.
- "Custom-made" products are not eligible for the 30-day return policy unless they have a manufacturing defect or a wood defect.
It's important to contact us as soon as possible, as you have 30 days to inform us of a return. Our return policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are confident in the quality and beauty of our products, and if you are not satisfied, we will gladly take the item back.
